背景　　分析	学情　　分析	1、学生刚开始接触高中学习，教师需要对学生所熟悉的初中英语教学形式有所了解并适当选用；同时为学生提供必要听课帮助（如Word Corner）　　 2、学生尚不能适应高中英语词汇与阅读量增大的变化，需要教师做必要的取舍；　　 3、学生对本课语法项目只是了解，但不能准确应用，需要进一步的训练与巩固；　　 4、学生刚刚升入高中，对新的生活有美好的憧憬、有决心，但具体行事却难免茫然、懵懂，恰是本课很好的切入点。
背景　　分析	教材　　分析	本课话题为“A perfect day?”，通过对两种不同生活方式的描述对比，引发学生对健康生活方式的思索。课文所涉及的词汇、功能结构、语法项目等，都是为这一特定主题服务的，教师也应以此为主线，将若干语言现象有机整合在一起，使语言的形式为其所承载的思想与内容服务。
